Care Partners assist with the tasks it takes to keep a home running. This can include meal planning, laundry, organizing, and basic cleaning
Care Partners can reduce caregiver burden by spending time with a loved while the caregiver leaves the home.
Care Partners can run errands for (or with) an older neighbor. This can include trips to the grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, etc.
Check out an item for free from our "Assistive Devices Lending Library." Items available include canes, walkers, shower chairs, wheelchairs, and many others.
Volunteers provide medical transportation for older neighbors who are no longer able to drive
In La Crescent volunteers complete snow removal in the winter and mowing and other basic lawn cares in the summer.
Volunteers complete friendly visiting. Visits can include going for walks, playing cards, completing puzzles, or simply chatting.
